Online Training Program to Reduce Worry
About the study
The purpose of the study is to identify who benefits most from an online training that aims to reduce worry. The training is helpful for worriers, but some respond better than others. Your kind participation will help us work out who finds it more effective. The findings of this study will help inform patient choice in the future.
What will it involve?
If you take part, you will complete a 15 min survey, 10 sessions of online training (over one month), followed by some assessments.
