How to take partAbout the study
The ESTRA-BED study combines brain imaging, genetics, environmental, and psychological data in order to better understand more about binge eating disorder (BED). Some of the aims of ESTRA-BED are to:
Understand the causes of BED and its associated behaviours
Understand links between BED and other disorders
Identify markers that may predict BED onset
What will it involve?
Part 1 (~1.5 hours)- Completion of three online questionnaires
Part 2 (~1.5 hours) – An online interview
Part 3 (~5 hours) – An in-person study visit
