Understanding the COVID-19 Experience & Well-being
About the study
We have noticed that most attempts to measure well-being and quality of life involve very short and general scales that do not really provide a true picture of what is going on. We think this means that things which really do influence well-being are not understood properly.
We have developed a more comprehensive questionnaire over a number of years and are now examining the effect of the COVID-19 pandemic on well-being.
What will it involve?
The study will involve reading an information sheet, completing a consent form and then doing an online questionnaire.
After asking some general questions about you, the questionnaire explores areas such as happiness, anxiety, depression, and social life. Finally, it asks you questions about your experience during Covid-19.
