How to take partAbout the study
This study aims to extend beyond traditional understandings of mental health at work. Using collaborative art-based methods, the study focuses on the experience of disability disclosure for UK-based employees with mental health conditions. The study also discusses the practical implications of mental health policy and practices for UK organisations.
What will it involve?
This study involves taking part in one ~60 minute interview. Before the interview, you will be asked to take between 5 to 10 photos based on three prompts that relate to your experiences of mental health and work. These photos will be used for discussion during the interview.
