To explore the ways breath and breathing was used in counselling and therapy. What it is like for the client to use breath awareness and techniques. How it impacts the therapy process and outcomes.
What will it involve?
It will involve an online video call with a researcher. Questions will focus on the methods used in therapy (not the content of the sessions). People taking part will share their experience of using breathing awareness and techniques in therapy and counselling.
