Can apps improve mental health and wellbeing in the workplace?
How to take partAbout the study
You're likely to spend at least 30% of your waking life at work, and this can sometimes be stressful. This study is about finding out if different apps can help with stress, anxiety and depression, and how long they might work for. We are also hoping to find out if these apps also help with wellbeing at work.
What will it involve?
We will ask you to fill out some surveys about your wellbeing and mental health, and take a test. You might then be asked to use an app 21 times in a 28 day training period, or asked to do nothing in that time as a control. We will then complete the same surveys and test as before.
