A Qualitative Evaluation of the User Experience of an Online Single Session Sleep Intervention: A Think-Aloud Study
About the study
This research aims to understand the user experience of an Online Single Session Sleep Intervention.
What will it involve?
If you choose to take part in this study you will be asked to complete an online single session sleep intervention independently. Following this an online interview will be conducted where you will be asked some questions on your overall experience, and then the researcher will show you the intervention slides again and ask you to think aloud about your thoughts and feelings while completing this intervention. This interview will be audio-recorded.
